I understand that the Segway Human Transporter I/we will be piloting is private property and is not remote controlled.

In no event shall MadSegs Tours S.L. or the trainer be held responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses,  negligence, product liability, or any other theory.

I/we will not be intoxicated/drunk nor very tired on the morning of the tour as this may lead to cancelation without a deposit refund. (please note that stepping off a long flight onto a segway the same morning/day risks your health and safety, and those around you).

This release is given freely without remuneration or coercion of any kind.

Only if you accept these terms on your behalf and the behalf of the persons that the reservation is being made, may you continue with the reservation and confirm it.
